In July 2001, our company expanded its operations into the United States. Joanne Robinson - Founder, President and CEO

As founder and owner, Joanne drives the growth and strategic business performance of Pinnacle Search Group. Joanne instills the importance of integrity, honestly and inclusiveness throughout her organization while maintaining the highest level of professional standards.

Educational Background

With a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Toronto, Joanne continues her education through courses specific to her field of work in Human Resources and Supply Chain and Logistics. She has worked in premier organizations throughout North America.

Work Background

Prior to establishing Pinnacle, Joanne has had a rewarding and successful 30 + years search experience progressing from Recruitment Specialist to Executive Vice President with world class organizations. This gave her the experience and network to open and staff multiple branches across North America. She sees nothing but growth and opportunity in the future expanding in both Canadian and USA markets. Joanne is well respected within the Logistics and Supply Chain community who has become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. She strives to continue to add value to her clients, candidates and team members. She has great passion and loves what she does every day.

Our Community

Joanne believes in giving back to her community. Throughout her career she has volunteered with a number of charities and business associations who has served as board member and chairwomen. She gives lectures to students and military veterans on various employment topics. She continues to volunteer and supports charities that are near and dear to her. She is also an advocate of the environment and climate change initiatives.
